Congrats Ken and Staci!

What a great day! Ken and Staci got married! It was a long day for all of us. Miss Emily didn't take a nap and ended up really grumpy. She actually did not get to be a flower girl but cried in the nursery during the ceremony. That was a bummer but what can you expect from a tired two year old? Alexa was a flower girl and did great! Staci was beautiful and Ken looked great too! They had a beautiful ceremony.

The reception was a lot of fun. We had some yummy food! Alexa and Emily both had fun chasing the little boys. Alexa danced with all of them!! I think I'm in trouble. Alexa is typically pretty shy but she didn't show it with the boys! Even days later if you ask her favorite part of the day she will tell you dancing with the boys.

It was also nice to see some relatives I have not seen in a long time! Some of them met the girls for the first time.

Here are a few pics I took. I can't wait to see the true wedding pictures!

Congrats Ken and Staci!!! I hope you are having a wonderful honeymoon and have a long happy marriage!

Just looking cute!

Checking ourselves out in the mirror. Emily would not leave her headpiece on.

Happy Birthday Emily

Emily turns two today! We celebrated her birthday with Alexa back in June but we tried to make her actual birthday special too. Grandma Miller came out to play with us. First we went to the zoo. Next Grandma took us to McDonalds for a treat. When daddy got home we went to the park to play. We had a busy and fun day! Happy Birthday Emily!

Spangler Candy Factory

We went to the Spangler Candy factory with our playgroup. This is the only place in the United States that makes candy canes. They also make dum dum suckers. We were a little disappointed in the tour. You ride a trolley through the place but mostly all we saw were warehouses full of candy. Most of the actual candy making was upstairs where the trolley didn't go. The girls did get tons of free suckers and they got to see their friends so they were happy.
